ExtremeX Technology — developer platform (client.extremextechnology.com). Last updated: 13 July 2026.
1. Who we are
ExtremeX Technology operates the ExtremeX ONE identity platform and this developer portal. For data processed through the portal, ExtremeX Technology is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect from developers
- Account data — your ExtremeX ONE identity (name, email) when you sign in to the portal.
- Registration data — your namespace, company name, application names, descriptions, icons, websites, redirect URLs and data-field configuration.
- Operational data — audit events for actions you take (app created, secret rotated, settings changed) with timestamps and IP addresses.
3. What we show developers about end users
Your app's dashboard shows aggregate statistics (sign-in counts, grant rates) and a list of users who consented to your app. A user's email address is shown to you only if that user granted your app the email field; otherwise it is masked. End users can revoke your app's access at any time from their ONE account, which removes live access immediately.
4. Why we process this data
- To operate the developer platform (contract performance).
- To secure the ecosystem — credential hashing, audit logging, abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations where applicable.
5. Retention
- Registration data — for the life of the application, plus 90 days after deletion for abuse investigation.
- Audit logs — 24 months.
- Aggregated statistics — indefinitely (they contain no personal data).
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements, or where required by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Portal registration data is managed directly in the dashboard; your ONE identity (including full export and account deletion) is managed at one.extremextechnology.com/account. For anything else, email [email protected].
8. Changes
Material changes are announced on this page and by email to registered developers at least 14 days before they take effect.
